2. What can we do for you?
Pre-sales service: Provide product pictures, videos, quotations, information, and engineering drawings according to customer requirements until you are satisfied. Warmly welcome to visit the factory.
In-sales service: Provide production progress photos to ensure you understand each process. Our experienced technical staff can be contacted by phone and online, and customers can get practical guidance through phone, email, and online services anytime and anywhere. Experienced technical personnel can also be arranged to go to the customer's site for installation guidance, debugging and training.
After-sales service: Generally, the equipment warranty period is 24 months after installation. We will keep in touch with customers, track the working status of the machine, and provide maintenance support.
